The Jayho Pickleball Classic Foundation is currently in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. At this time, contributions are not yet tax-deductible. If and when our status is approved, it is expected to apply retroactively to our formation date, consistent with IRS guidelines.
