The Jayho Pickleball Classic Foundation is in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Contributions are not currently tax-deductible. Upon approval, our tax-exempt status is expected to apply retroactively to our formation date, subject to IRS determination. All funds will be managed responsibly and directed toward scholarship support consistent with our mission.
