Jason “Jayho” Tong

Jay (“Jayho”) lived a life centered on family, friendship, and connection. He passed away far too soon, leaving behind his loving wife, Jenny, and their two children, Jordan and Jocelyn, who meant everything to him. Jay had a way of bringing people together. On the pickleball court, what started as a game quickly became something more — connection, laughter, competition, and a standing Sunday tradition. He built lasting relationships grounded in loyalty, humor, and generosity. Pickleball wasn’t just a sport for Jay; it was a way to create camaraderie and carve out time for friends to gather, week after week.

He led with heart, showed up for others, and made everyone feel included. The Jayho Pickleball Classic carries that spirit forward — honoring our friend, celebrating the community he built, and supporting scholarships for children impacted by tragedy.
